For a camping spot
- The booking is made considering the wishes of the customer. The booking will be confirmed after you receive an email from the Bangor campsite saying that we have seen your enquiry and we have accepted it, for the booking to be completely final we will also need to receive the deposit of 15 euros (per camping spot booked) in time.
- In case of cancellation, we will keep the deposit.
- Any modification of the booking can only be done once the manager of the campsite allows it. The persons that were not registered on the rental contract will not be able to stay on the camping spot unless the manager allows it.
- You can arrive from 1pm onwards and we ask that you leave by 12 at the latest. Do not hesitate to contact us, as these hours can be adjusted after seeing if many visitors are expected or not.
- The gate is activated in July and August. It closes at 10:30 until 7 in the morning. In order to park your car on your camping spot, you will be given a pass.
- We can lend you a plug adapted to the electrical terminal depending on availability. Ask for more information at the reception desk!
- The internal rules are on display at the reception desk. We kindly ask you that you read it and respect it as a failure to respect it will be met with possible expulsion from the Campsite.
- The animals (dogs and cats) are allowed. The dogs will have to be kept on a leash and their vaccination card will need to be up to date.
- Important, at 10pm and onwards, it is mandatory to respect your neighbours’ right to sleep. The motorcycles do not have an authorisation to ride inside the campsite past 10pm.
- Finally, the visitors are under the responsibility of their hosts.
For the mobil-homes
- During the season (July and August), the mobile homes are rented from Saturday to Saturday. Outside of the summer season, we only rent them for 2 nights minimum. You can arrive at 5pm and we kindly ask you to leave before 10am. - The price of the rental includes water, electricity, gas, dishes, bedding, covers, mattress and pillow protectors, bathmats and dish towels.
- Every booking requires you to pay a deposit that represents 30% of your stay. To pay for this deposit, we accept bank transfers, cheques, holiday vouchers.
- The keys will be given to you after you pay for your entire stay and after you pay the security deposit of 200 euros. This security deposit will be given back after we provide an overview of the fixtures, it will be either given right before you leave, sent through mail or destroyed (with your consent).
- The inventory of fixtures will be done by the user when he arrives at the mobile home
- The condition of the premises, the furniture, and the proper functioning of the equipment will be checked at the entrance by the leaser, who must write down his observations on the inventory sheet.
- The leaser will bear the rental risks and will compensate for the estimated value of the losses, breakages and deteriorations that occurred on the duration of the contract. The replacement of broken objects must be made after approval from the manager.
- The owner declines all responsibility in the event of theft.
- The rental is only granted for the number of people corresponding to the beds available in the mobile home.
- In the event of cancellation, whatever the reason, the deposit will not be refunded. If for any reason, the leaser does not take possession of the rental on the scheduled day, the full amount of the rent will be due. If 24 hours after the date scheduled to get the keys, the leaser has not shown up or has not notified of a possible delay, the owner is not required to provide him with another accommodation and is not liable for compensation. However, in the event of re-letting, the part of the rent representing the pro rata between the date of re-letting and that of the end of this contract may be paid to the defaulting leaser.
For the cabins
- The cabins are rented for a minimum of two nights, from April 2 to September 30. The cabins can welcome 2 people. - The rental price includes electricity, bedding, blankets, pillows, bedspread, sheets, mattress covers and pillows. Small equipment, a table, 2 chairs, cups, kettle, bedside lamp.
- All bookings require a 30% deposit, calculated on the price of your stay. Payment accepted: cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers, bank transfer.
- The keys are only handed over after full payment of the rental and payment of the deposit of 200 euros. This deposit will be returned on the day of departure after inventory or sent through mail, or even destroyed (with your consent).
